Screen cap request... SUperman returns needed

I need a nice picture of when lex is on the Yacht and inserts the clear knowledge crystal into the green kryptonite cylinder. Anyone have a way to get a few caps. I know SOMEONE out thee has a copy of this movie on vcd, or hard drive.....lol.... Email me if you prefer.
