I know they suck. Lol they were off my phone. I don't feel my suit is ready for the effort of higher quality photos.

Buy an iPhone XS and you can make awesome pics also under really dark light.

I really wasn't going to post the photos. I just wanted to show my friend the new leather but ended up posting a few of them here. I'll be doing more photos in the future as I make changes and adjustments. I don't want to bog down this thread with to many pictures. I get hyper and very excited when it comes to vader. I find any excuse to suit up for pics! Lol

Well update as of now. I'm going to settle with Kevs 4 panel cape and revisit the cape later.
I'm working with FP to get an accurate vest. 3rd time the charm! I requested the seams specifically where I wanted them and even requested a center seam(contrary to others I see a center seam strong and present.)
They sent me a wip

My new leathers arrived from FP! They turned out great!
This is my 3rd attempt at custom ordering a rotj vest with the V's. I went into as much detail as I could and this is what I received. They are not 100 but they look good enough for me and I'm happy. I'm exhausted from ordering so this vest is it for me.

This is my new armor from Shadow FX .Yes you heard that right! And honestly this one one of the best and smoothest transaction I had in the fan world. Communication and honesty was on point.
Anyway here is my display with the CFO helmet but I do have a helmet on order with SFX mainly to match paint. I have new gloves arriving from NoiseTrigger from the SLD forum coming in Thursday
Here is me wearing the armor.
The way SFX mounted the armor with hinges(they are fiberglassed in) I had to use padding on the bells so they did not fold under. For some reason he left a gap between plate and shoulders for the mount. I like the tighter fit with that padding.
Recast or not this armor does have some lineage to the original which other current makers do not have(aside from Shenohogs Ghost Host offering, which this armor is a copy of or so I was told) .

It is super hot. I start sweating as soon as I put the leather suit on! But I'm use to it as I have been doing this for nearly 10 years. It's so much fun portraying the most popular villan in sci fi history. I have made some kids their entire life and scared the heck out of some.
