Hi all, after a lot of positive reception to my scratchbuilt Nebulon-B Frigate, I wanted to show my first true scratchbuild I made during May 2021: a rendition of a blockade runner/Corellian Corvette. Similar to my Nebulon-B, this ship was made using pvc pipe, foam, some styrene sheets, cork, soda bottle lids, other plastic bits, and a few kit pieces from the Bandai U-wing kit. This ship is about a foot long, and is roughly to scale with my Nebulon-B which measures around 3.5 feet long. On this post I will also post some WIP pictures of two hammerhead corvettes I am making in the same scale as my other scratchbuilds. I will also include a few more pictures of my Nebulon-B frigate. All of these ships will eventually serve as escort to the massive Mon Cal cruiser I am hoping to build slowly over the next year or so.
