Documenting the work you are doing on a model is a real pain in the butt. I've tried and failed everytime I work on something.

I'd like to honor the awesome folks who are able to step back from the work and chronicle and write up the amazing scratchbuilding tutorials and logs that have past through these pages and elsewhere on the web.

Here are a few that I have found that are especially good.

REL's amazing Naboo Starship build up is awe inspiring!

In fact all of REL's threads in the general modeling forum are great step by step guide's to scratchbuilding. Great stuff.

trekprop.de's fantastic engineering tool buildup-

He even goes the extra mile and does a great tutorial on molding and casting the final buildup to turn it into a kit.

Blindsquirrel's entire blog is full of delicious scratchbuilding wonder-

Be sure to go back through the wntire blog's history. Some great projects and that turn out beautifully.

Please post your favorite's.

I love pictures. It doesn't have to be a full tutorial. Just decent pictures taken during the build are awesome. Too many words tend to bog things down for me.
