...been watching this thread for a while but been quiet until know. I KNOW that guy in those pics, that's Lon Brown out in California, who has done contracted photo work for Marvel since he started costuming about a year ago...he recommended Snikt Shop when I asked for resources for rebuilding my own Wolverine, as did another of my friends in Utah. I was going to contact Dave about a set of claws until THIS thread and the warning posts on DA came up during my research... It's kind'a sad that the guy my friends are recommended seems to cherry pick who he does deliver to in order to keep some face while setting others aside from all I'm seeing here. Probably a good thing we're looking at molding some shorter bone claws for my own costume since I don't have 12 inch forearms.

I'm glad that you had the chance to see this before you sent him any of your hard-earned money. This was my point all along. Glad to help and as long as he's cheating people we'll be here.

capitalization is a typographical convention not a grammatical error. i'm a professional copy editor by the way... I prefer not to capitalize, and when it does happen (as in the "I" in this sentence), it is due to autocorrect being uncooperative with my style. but thanks.

How does this even address the issue and specific questions? "who cares" is not an acceptable answer. "How does this affect YOUR life" is not acceptable. I give a **** about the world and the people that live in it. The QUALITY of my community and country matter to me. Crooks ruin neighborhoods, companies and people. THAT, you ignorant person, is HOW IT IMPACTS MY LIFE. I'm disgusted that you are raising 4 kids with your lackluster morals and principals. let's start from the beginning, worked for probation and the courts after high school, while attending university worked as a staff writer for the faculty newspaper, and editor in chief of the student newspaper, and also worked in sales for the university bookstore. graduated and worked as a copy editor/designer for a major metro paper, also worked as a telemarketer for the hell of it, went back to grad school while working as a site director for the ymca. moved to another city to coordinate a youth crisis shelter. first son was born. began working in mental/behavioral health, second son was born, spent 9 more years in behavioral health and began chairing committees related to adolescent behavior and child development, gained 2 stepdaughters, and now coordinate a child development program for county government, detail for Frito-Lay/pepsico and edit online in my spare time. you can accomplish a lot when you're not ranting on web sites all day. speaking of which, I must be off.

Sonia you're very good at talking but fail to answer any of the questions posed except to not care very much. This man lied, and continues to lie to costumer and would be costumers. He steals people's designs and claims credit and cherry picks who gets what items with no regard to clients. You say you are all of these things and work with kids. I fear what you teach these kids because you seem ill prepared to teach kids any sort of moral standing. You clearly prize greed by any means necessary regardless of who gets hurt. This man is a fraud and a thief proven many times over. You claim to be so much except a person of good moral standing and a human being worth associating with. After reading the forums and coming to understand the love and craftsmanship that has gone in to each and every piece of work , recasting is a moral disgrace. The revenge that best suits people that recast is that a original craftsman will always be making original work and deep down the recaster knows they will never be talented enough , to make there own. Always second best as a life sentence.

It's strange this thread has become a place to post resumes. Let's get back to its purpose - to address the crimes of the Snikt Shop. Also, the notion that we're all Grifter in disguise is ridiculous. The Snikt Shop has burned dozens of customers, so finding people to share their stories of disappointment is not difficult.

For someone who dislikes us and doesn't want anything to do with this forum, she sure does like to tell us all about her life. I wonder if she's trying to intimidate us with her 'vast knowledge' gained through her 'amazing life'. I know it's been awhile since I posted horror stories from his customers but I just received this one...I'm now severely discounting the customer on anything they buy from us to compensate for his damage...Like I always do....



Just goes to show you, even the people who "get their orders" aren't immune from being victimized. I'm appalled...You get less than what you paid for and it's not even completed or at all what you were promised....
