Jim is most likely reading this and scrambling to shoot off emails and phone calls to the website to prevent them shutting him down. I can only imagine the story he will have for them... Probably lie and say that he is licensed by all these studios. I hope they ask for documentation... Then again, he would probably forge that.

I dont think he catches up on the threads event until the night hours when he is too busy not answering people complaints.

and they do ask for documentation.

Storenvy will immediately disable the store until the store owner can provide sufficient documentation that they have the rights to sell the items in question. As stated previously, if the store owner is unable to provide proof that they have the proper rights and permission to sell the exact items in question, the store will be permanently and immediately disabled.

Now, I'm sure whoever owns the IP would *love* it if someone forged documents from them, saying they were making licensed merch. I'm fairly sure that would escalate quickly.

Of course he'd lie, did you see that horrid photoshop shadowing of his non-existent muscles on the Harley Hammer post? If he has to lie about his physique even to himself in his photos, he'd lie about everything else! I've got the popcorn, does anybody want some? *puts bowl on table*

Well he did finally remove my photos, for now, and his site is back up. However if he should infringe on anyone again they will take it down permanently. This came after my talk with their legal department. Knowledge is a great power.
