Scam alert ---- ebay

Have you tried resolving the problem with the seller. Any chance it's a communications error? I only see one negative in his feedback, and that seems to be regarding a wristwatch he neglected to pay for.
 
Yes I did. Hey, I don't want to cause anyone grief; if the guy would just say he is having some problems and it may take a few weeks I would be cool. His request was entirely inappropriate, and he has not responded to my last three e-mails.

I think that sharing information like is the only way to encourage proper ethics when selling. If he come through I will recant all post in all forums.

If it was through PayPal, it's possible the first payment didn't go through to the seller's account. Paypal payments can sometimes "time out', and not go through if they're not recieved at the other end quickly enough. I've seen that happen many times.
