Saw Puppet - Blank Head Cast

I've been really looking into getting another one of these put together. Ever since I had to sold my last one when I was laid off my old job I've been trying to find another. Does anyone have any idea where to find a blank casting?
 
The original one was shoddily put together with paper mache, ping pong balls, and glue. Surely, you could do better, if not, equally on the level the guys did on the first movie.:p
