ROTJ Vader Project

Well its a bit late to be posting on this but I'll show you guys where I am. I've been working on a ROTJ Vader and decided way back when to sculpt my own mask so I could feel a sense of accomplishment over just buying. What a project its been. I first started with a mold of my head and drywall to build up the face but when I went back to school that project was scrapped and replaced with this new Klean Clay version. I'm 20lbs later and the basic shapes are roughed out. Heres the filmstrip.

I'd like to mention that this is my first time working with clay and that I have learned a lot through just diving right in. It has been a lot of fun but I am really looking forward to putting this behind me. Any suggestions and help are more than welcome and will help to make this as accurate as I can possibly make it.

Cheers!

I cant haelp you with anything, but thats some cool and serious work you got there:thumbsup Its good that you documented all the processes, keep the pics coming.
Hard part is to match all screen used characteristic which is a hand made sculpt itself.
Goodluck! :)

Thanks guys. This process of making it accurate will be a big job. I'm giving it a while to soak before I dive in again to get some more clay and start the analysis of what to change and shape.
