First off, I know this probably should be posted in Collectibles, but I know you guys have the best eyes.
Technically, this is a replica and Star Wars related plus it's in the spirit of the holidays!
I am in the finishing stages of building a few prototype BF's, and these two images show the first
Kit Bashed Fett made by Kenner for it's early promotions. They went through three I believe but this one
is my favorite as it was shown on my collectors case insert back in the day. Not only did I not get a rocket firing
Fett, I felt doubly gypped back when I was young because after waiting what seemed like 2 years for my mail away Fett
the one I got looked nothing like the one I stared at every day after school. I digress.
I'm trying to figure out the "cape" this prototype has. To me it looks rectangular, and I'm thinking it attaches by
the arm holes like many early Kenner figures. I also noticed the "Fray" detail at the bottom of the cape.
Anyone else out there that can see something I missed? I'm a little unsure of overall size as well because the cape folds
a few times. Thanks for any replies, I'm trying to get this done by early December.
