It's an artistic interpretation (made by me) of the blueprint used by OCP to create Robocop's Auto-9 gun from the first movie. It's not actually in the film, just a wallpiece of you enjoy fictional weaponry.

I am quite sure the entire thing is called the front sight, so there!

People with actual gun-experience, please report on this, 'cause I don't know for sure.
