:cry It's official!

Who else saw the show, and where? It underwent some serious changes while going to broadway. What did you think?

I was lucky enough to work with Rachelle Rak (who is in the chorus) several times this past week and she taught my class some choreography from the show. It was amazing and fun and I'm just so upset it's over!

Being a sucker for "Big B'way Musicals" this was among the favorites.
So... just sharing my thoughts and feelings on this disappointing (borderline tragic, imo) news. Just to add insult to injury, I don't have the money to get back and see it before it closes! :cry :cry :cry :cry

I saw it on Broadway and really enjoyed it, but in my eyes, nothing compares to the movie which is one of my all time favs. I love the story, read the book, and found the play was a good adaptation, that's sad to hear. I got to see it the second night it opened and a little into the show they threw a stack of checks in the air and I caught two! Pretty cool prop from the show!
