Got started on my RHOD last night. Going for a unique look, based more on the Perlman, as I'm not really digging the angled look of the Harbor hand.
I'm also making mine fully wearable and articulated, so it'll have 4 fingers on it rather than 3. But whatever.
Shell is made from foam core, wrapped in EVA foam. No pics, phone is not cooperating. Fist is made from EVA as well, with a glove underneath to build off of. Fingers are being made with rings of EVA, three pieces each, attached to the glove, except for the thumb which is two pieces.
Once I have all the pieces cut and assembled, I will cover the EVA with Bondo and carve in the details and runes. For S&G, I also made some horn nubs. I'll skip the Bondo on these, just seal and paint them.
Having fun with this build. It may eventually become a full blown HB costume.
