Hi everyone, have some questions about the construction and design of the Revenge of the Sith Darth Vader helmet. Some examples would be what the exact mouth mesh was made out of, the type lenses used, if the tusks were custom, if it was painted, etc. I saw a great documentary on the casting process, but doesn’t go into depth with painting etc. would love to learn more how these helmets were finished.
