Revell V8 Motor Coil no longer in model kits?

Hey all. I'm a noob here and just finished my ANH blaster with Dark Energy Creations kit and now working on the Solo ESB blaster. I recently purchased a Revell V8 model for the various greeblies and to my surprise the motor coil piece is no longer part of the build. Any idea when this was removed from the model?

adamata has always been my source for a few resin pieces, including the motor coil plate

I actually found an old V8 kit by accident recently and sure enough, there it was in black plastic at the bottom of the Revell parts bag!
