ready to start avp suit....advice needed!!

hi guys,
well ive just had my first bit of luck on the financial side and am ready to start putting an AVP suit together. i have nothing as yet and am hoping to complete a really good quality suit. i have bee tempted to try and save for a full animatronic suit from PS but its a little out of my financial position at the moment so ive decided on advice to start sourcing bits and pieces through the forums. i am a noob and unfamiliar with the different makes and terms used for pred related characters and costume parts so im afraid it may be a case of putting up with my lack of knowledge but i hope you guys can help me out....
i guess an undersuit will best be made to fit my rough measurements and i intend to get an under suit cool vest so im not sure where to look for the undersuit.
so this is the list i think i need so if anyone can help me out with these parts id be really grateful......

AVP (animatronic mask)
scar bio helmet with magnets to connect to mask. and lasers.
dreads and beads
neck collar
cannon (again i would hope to get an animatronic one)
full body suit with feet and hands
the complete armour and back pack
weapon
extras such as deer skin cover/ skull-bone necklace
gaunts and wrist blades (animatronic)

basically i would like to get all that PS offers but in part as i cant afford to purchase all in one go, im sure there are pieces i may have overlooked but if anyone can help me try and put this together id be eternally grateful.

Mask i dont know about tbh.

BIO - Mysteria , google them they in uk and its not a bad AVP bio.
Dreds- Bambooie ( bambooie@aol.com i think )
Cannon- Shaitan ( does a UBER cannon i think, which can be made animatronic as i think the barrel moves )
Guants- Ruffkin, alot of people use him as they are perfectly sized.

beware of people selling 1.1 sized predator stuff, no good for the average person, unless you are in fact 7ft3

hope these give you some options to start with.

cheers dude, ive looked at the mysteria site, cant find shaitan and am just about to look for the guy for dredds. mmmmm i thought there may have been some replies, have i posted in the wrong section? maybe me being impatient..... but i have a few quid waiting to spend on my first parts.....come on guys its burning a hole!!!!!!

Shaitan is a member on tghis board, he also does wicked AVP toe dusters and Guantlet blades i think.

mmmmmmm thats what i guessed but no profile comes up when searching members.....ive found the other sites of real help thanks. thought there would have been some replies though, im sitting on a grand that i wanna spend on pred gear and nobody wants it....

Well im sure we can help you put together a great suit, people like Bovine and shaitan have done or are doing AVP suits, so they hopefully can advise you.
to start with , is there anything youd like 1st?

for starters maybe go for a BIO that you like, contact BIONHUNTER, i know casey does ship to the UK.

maybe then a mask, skinsuit and armour?

hey cheers dude, yeah i was guessing a mask 1st, then a bio with dreads. with about £700 to spend im not sure if ill manage it all to start with but if ther is any left over perhaps i could add some small armour parts.
do you do an AVP mask usurper? if you dont mind me asking

No sir i do not do a AVP mask.

maybe someone can help out here with mask choices, DREDS wise for AVP BAMBOOIE dreds rock, i dont think hes a member but hes on ebay.

and bio depending on which design i suggest giving Casey ,ie BIOHUNTER76 a shout.

take it from there, then you can find out what ya missing after

ok awesome........managed to get a bio ordered and won a mask from one of the guys on an ebay sale so getting started, what next????? i think i need to know if a body suit can be made or whether they come in certain sizes. i dont know the cost of suits so heeeeeeeelp needed im afraid. also i know this is a real dumb question for you guys but do i need any thing to wear under the pred mask as ive seen them around like a head skull that fits under the mask?
i still have a coupla hundred quid to spare so i dunno what to go for next...........

Maybe a Idea to ask for your thred to be moved to PROGRESS section, people maynot look in here and so you possibly wont get many replies ( apart from me cos i trawl everywhere when im bord )

Maybe put a WANTED post in the for sale section about a skin suit, either that or armour/hands/feet etc
