I've just started making replicas of the McQuarrie concept Vader helmet and realised I hadn't mentioned it over here. In the interests of not getting overwhelmed I'm doing it as a limited run, but I will be doing follow up runs if this one sells out. Initial run is 6 helmets. I partnered with McFlyprint3d on etsy for this, he designed the original model and has allowed me to mould and cast copies (so if you have a 3D printer and would like to do it yourself, by all means go straight to his etsy store and buy the file to print your own).

Details about the cast, fibreglass throughout for the main 3 parts. Tusks and a couple of the neck detail pieces are aluminium. Magnets for holding the dome and face together, the neck brace section is a steel rod/magnet connection.

Price £775 (around US$950 at current exchange rates). Shipping will be by location, UK £15, Europe £40, USA/Canada £100.

Pictures below, as you can see I opted to go with the very dark blue of the EFX version. I have ideas for another paint scheme that would be more similar to the two tone look we ended up with. If you think you might be interested in that rather than the blue, speak up.

Please put me down for one.

I would prefer black. Not a fan of the Blue.

I would love to see what two tone ideas you have.

It might be a distortion but it looks like the dome is smaller on yours than the EFX?

Well if anyone can supply the EFX helmet measurements that would be great.

If I remember correctly the EFX helmet is huge. I think some other offerings have been way to undersized.

One question I have (if you are the one who printed the master that is) is did you resin print any of the little greeblies or is it safe to FDM print them all

I'm interested, pending the usual. I just measured my RMQ EFX : The helmet is 360mm wide, 380mm tall, and 405mm deep. These measurements include the collar. Please PM me if you need something specific.
