Magnoli makes an Indy journal. This one is unfortunately out of stock is this the one you are looking for?

Sarednab makes one, but his take on it is that Indy is holding Abner's journal. It has Abner's notes about the Ark and is full of inserts, I would def. ask him about it if your interested.

The idea of the Map Room notebook being Abner's journal comes from the original novelization.

Here's a dirt cheap close-enough for a start:

It looks like the original has a khaki paper cover, while this one is brown like a brown paper bag, but at this price you can buy a couple and experiment with changing the color of the cover if you want.
