Re: Question

I would use JB Weld. Give the aluminum tube a light sanding for the glue to adhere to.

Re: Question

All depends on what you looking to achieve. if Its a tight wrap. I would drill a hole to hook the wire Into the tube. start the wrap and finish with another small hole at the end. pull it In and bend It over from the In side of the tube If possible

Don't know what your goal Is...... ?

Re: Question

you could solder or braze it. they make a special solder for aluminum.

Soldering will not work. You would have to TIG Weld the Copper to the Aluminum. Not doing that.

As for wrapping. Hard to keep tight.

JB will show.

if you're trying to make an electrical connection, I would recommend against it. It will corrode quickly. If it's just a visual effect you are trying to achieve, ensure the aluminum is coated well with a non-conductive (and non-dielectric) coating. If you could explain where you are going with your project, and you would probably get better answers to fit your dilemma.

Soldering/brazing works and I've done it myself. As mentioned earlier, there are specific products that do this like Lumiweld or Muggyweld.
