Punisher Help, Concept sketch included....

Ok, So playing around with a sketch I did. I worked with a few ideas I sourced from "what if" and 2099 lines. I wanted to do something I have not seen at cons.

Though my problem I have is how to accomplish the Skull, the feel I'm going for is if SHIELD finally pulled Frank in for a wet works team. We saw this in the Ultimate Marvel but hated they made him Capt America clone.

So basically Frank has the run of the Armory and SHIELD isn't hiding the fact that someone like the Punisher is on their pay role. Kinda F-U! to the ones who think SHIELD won't put a bullet in the bad guys head.

So my problem is the Punisher Skull, I want to be able to mount it on on a Plate Carrier. The MP5 magazines would make up the lower half of the Skull.

Thinking if I cut the shape out of foam & plastic-dip it would that give me the clean look? Can

If you are wondering where I got the raised skull idea, is from the 2099 look.

Do with foam, N7 style strapping.
I suggest to use about 1 cm outline with 2-3mm foam, and 6mm for the base.
Or you can have 2-3mm a base (black), put another layer for the skull (white) and another layer for outline. In this case the eyes, and space between teeth will not be hollow. Outline can be done by running gluegun to give rough metal weld (if you think that the skull made out of metal)
