See the metal tips on the ends of the dreads? I've seen those somewhere before but I just can't put my finger on it.
Kithunter had the very first tips that were done, but I do believe I have seen these types of metal tips somewhere...on a Narin kit maybe? Gonna try to look for it...

From what I can tell, those are full finger rings that articulate at the joints and would probably fit a dread quite nice. Thats really weird, i just sent Uratz a message with a full finger ring that has face of the demon masks that he makes. I was looking around for some suit finishings/details on the net and came across some.

not that it matters,but i have those on my pred as well,did it long ago.
except i thought the metal ones were too heavy.I found these cool packs of rubber metal-looking halloween store medieval finger tips.came in packs of 4 i think it was.
anyway,they pull those front dreads down real nice and give it a cool tribal look.

Wanted to point out the red dreads you can see here on Mr. Black, as well as a few of the scales on his arm and elbow. Their bodies are designed a lot like the Gremlins 2 body, with the spikey growths on Mr Black vibrant red in places. I think it looks very different from what we've seen, but I am really liking it as it grows on me.
At first I thought the red was possibly lighting, but after seeing several things, as well as the new trailer image, it's clear to me.

i personally think that they've done an excellent job recreating a new skin texture for these "other" predators, the colors on this particular pred are intriguing me a bit. can't wait to get some better pics down the road
from the looks of his dread beads they seem to be very similar to that, "CONCEPT ART" OH NO!! but the slope of the head, while a bit more than usual, is nowhere near as drastic as the concept pic, and the dreds aren't all fat, quite the opposite, so hopefully the mandibles won't be as drastic either. here's hopin' eh.
(guessing that this is the mutated super black pred) don't know if just one or all the new ones have this goin on, but either way i'd say be ready for something pretty different, but just as scary and nasty as the original, now not to even compare them! i've got them in two totally different categories at this point in the game, but i'm honestly excited seein' as how every thing else is goin' the horror route i think it's gonna look naaesty on the big screen

I am hoping for the big reveal scene to be just as "what the **** is that thing" powerful as the original movie's. To do that, they will need to go in some radical places that we haven't seen before. As long as they are using the predator 1 predator design showing up for a cameo, (as much as I love the aesthetics they adhered to in Predator 1 and 2, and despised the AVP scar design) I realize going into a radical direction at all is going to piss a lot of purists off, but I think they have room and license to go anywhere they want as long as they have the original design to link it with the other movies. I am ready for a wild demonic sadistic beast of sorts, something we have not seen.

Great pic, thanks. As for names, it's neat to come up with our own and all, but the official names the merchandising companies are using are available and known to a point.
The jawbone predator with the red coloration is Mr. Black on the set and behind the scenes, and the "plow face" has been called the Falcon for his bird shaped Horus mask, and his mechanical flying falcon type contraption he uses to view things remotely. I am not sure about the Tusk predator outside of the alien dogs he uses to hunt with, but I've seen him called Dog.

Yeah I hope so to kind of ridicoulous if he cant retract them I think,make no sense on a Pred to have tusks
