Predator Temple Display

I wasn't sure which section to post this in but i figured here would be the best place since the entire set was a prop display

short story:
about a month ago the firm i work for was asked to particpaite in a halloween event/competition between design firms. The theme was "heros" My boss asked if we could do the batman theme and that was our original direction....we shortly came to find out that another firm was going to do the bat thing and we needed to come oup with something new....i mentioned to them that the pred has always been my hero and that we could use the suits to display in a "themed" environment.

so using all the resources in our company we set out to build a temple with all the bells and whistles...

this set us on the path of creating an entire display along with interactive touch screens, graphics, t-shirts photo op area ...in other words build a world that a pred would live in. we decided to call it the Hunters Lair Experience

since we are a an architectural/design firm we went with the premise of the AVP story that predators came here and tought us how to build.

Here are just a few pictures of the event...i'll be posting more pics of the construction of the exhibit, the people responsible for working late nights to get this project done in 1 month.

so without further delay ..i present the hunters lair experience

The costume and set are amazing! The mall security with the supersoakers, meh. :lol

were going to use real weapons but decided it wouldn't be in our best interest with our high profile clients there....

only uber geeks like us would know the difference...

I was asked which pieces i wanted to keep....i said "all of it".:love

probably the columns and sections of the backwall just to create a display for my suits at home
