When did you contact them? Give them time to respond. I am sure you aren't the only one they are receiving complaints/issues from.
I have never had a problem with NECA responding, but it took a few days for them to get to me.

From what I've seen on twitter there's only one guy working the series three complaints and it seems there are a whooole lot of em. Not only that but they mentioned that the factory is dragging it's feet to get them out. It's gonna take time guys.

My series three just arrived. I'd be pissed if I were a moc collector. TRU shipped the figures with very little protection. The cards are bent to hell and the figures were just sliding around inside the box. Not only that but my hound had apparently been opened and simply taped back up to be sent out to me. I can forgive and forget because this is the first time I've really had an issue with them.
Everythings out of it's package. The hound and classic loosened up easily enough. However the Elder was another issue. Everything seemed to be going well and I was being as gentle as possible. Neck, wrists, shoulders and elbows all worked loose just fine. One leg down and when I got the the other it just snapped off in the palm of my hand. It was like a brittle twig.
I guess you can add me to the countless others.

Honestly, the joint didn't even seem stuck. It was moving and then it just snapped. Right against the knee joint. it defiantly a plastic issue.

Thats exactly what happened to my Elders Left arm. Hardly even touched it and snap... All the other joints are fine.
My classic predator from 87 is fine, all his joints are great. Didnt even open a hound.

Yeah, randy got back to me. He said that they would contact me for a full name and address. Once they had that I should expect a polybagged figure with no damage or articulation issues within three to four weeks. He also said to keep the original figures accessories. Only one question remains. How long it'll take them to get through the list.
I'm patient enough. All this really means is I have a broken elder figure to part out or customize in the near future.

Went to Toys R Us expecting Mortal Kombat figs but no.I did however get Elder and one Hound(no P1 there he was sold out ).But anyway the hound had one spike that wasnt properly glued on but thats fixable.Elder is still in one piece but im being cautious because his left arm peg is kinda skinny but hes way better in person,and im waiting to get all three therefore if any break ill be ready to contact only once and not twice .

Well that takes care of where they would stick the Super Pred skull... thinkin the other half might be a falconer with his bird, or maybe a different version of the elder, or maybe the P1 with Gort Mask, or a masked P2 ?

Since it has two blades as accessories, i think the other figure will be a super-predator too... but not the Falconer with his bird, i already asked and Randy said: "Not Correct!"

Well the white thing down on the bottom right, either looks like a spinal column tail bone, or a combi stick in collapsed form... he said you see 40% in the pic... so that leaves 60% to go... Maybe it comes with another super pred and classic tied to a pylon lol jk
