PREDATOR/PREDATOR 2 Action Figures from NECA

We're not talking about seperate sculpts.

Just the fact that they put "Classic Predator" on the card back of what should be the P1 Predator.

"Classic" denotes the Predator from PREDATORS...not P1.

He's even listed that way in the credits of PREDATORS, and that's the way he's referred to on ALL of the message boards.

So yeah, NECA screwed the pooch on that one.

So what? It's a P1 sculpt, and gets called Classic. Big fricking deal. Classic from Predators or classic as in original, same difference IMO.

i think i would probably just get the elder cause i already have an unmasked P1 clothes mouth and this one has slight changes so what

i think when they say classic your supposed too put 2 and 2 together and figure its the original from P1. they called P1 classic in predators because its the classic yautja breed not thinking about the movie really

Exactly my point. What would you prefer, jungle hunter? Treehugger? Lumberjack?
Nobody is that anal about "names" but us.
This isn't worth the discussion, really, as there is no right or wrong, just preference.

I think it's just reworked articulation and fresh paint.

There's been absolutely NOTHING from NECA about re-working any previous series.

They've talked about a re-release, but no re-working involved.

now, i know neca is unfortunately too cheap, i mean, "conservative" to ever remake the wolf, but damn it would be nice if they gave him the updated treatment... you know to go along with these new preds,

@ neca, YOU KNOW... YOU WOULDN'T HAVE TO REDO ALL YOUR MOLDS JUST THE TORSO DOWN TO THE KNEES, AND NEW ARMS THAT HAVE ELBOWS... FROM THE KNEES DOWN COULD STAY THE SAME, HANDS, FEET, ALL THE SAME, HEAD, SAME.... ACCESSORIES AND ARMOR, SAME. (although a spear that was the right length would be nice) JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT!! WOULD MAKE US EVEN HAPPIER!!! JUST SAYIN!
