PREDATOR/PREDATOR 2 Action Figures from NECA

The P1 in that pack has a pretty good paint job, defo an improvement over the Classic predator face because idk about u but it looks abit 'cheap' looking. I repainted mine and i'm customing him to be the way he looked on the totem before he put on his gear. I'll post pics of him soon if u want.

hey guys i need some help, i just finally got around to opening my "predators" figures, and i was curious, most of them have some "stuck" joints, how do i go about fixing this problem?

put them in hot water for a few minutes, or use hair dryer. be gentle and patient, they'll be good.

I use a knife, to carefully scratch away the paint in the joints. then wash them in hot water, i found it working real good for the elbow joints. Knees can be a bit worrying cuz of the small peg inside the socket.
Good luck man

Got my two pack from tru today. Be on the lookout. Here's a fresh outta the box shot:

Man, it's a real nice set of figures and the skulls just add that lil extra something. Now that I have it I'm almost afraid to open it. lol

Well, hmm. Upon closer inspection I noticed two problems. The P1s necklace is broke. That's fixable. Worse yet is his right foot. It's at such and an angle it makes me think it's broken in the package. Can anyone tell me if his foot it attached by a ball point or if it's cast solid with the lower leg?

It looks even worse in person.

Ball joint. In fact, it can spin 360 degrees.
And my necklace was also broken. A bit of Gorilla Glue fixed it as the string actually pulled out from the hole in one of the small skulls.
;)

Bone necklaces on a string are apt to break once in a while. I guess if they used wire it wouldn't, but I would rather have it more realistic looking, so no harm adding a touch of glue, IMO. ;)

Whew, good. I thought a ball joint was plausible though I wasn't about to open it if it were warped plastic. It would've been sent back in a flash.

I opened my door to a long box... I believe it to be the AVP pack(s) also (I ordered 2). I will open it later and confirm this.

Do you get a vibe of both elation and fury from the box? Does it ooze primordial emotions of a battle as old as time? Do you sense the thrill of the hunt and the hunt for revenge? Maybe it is this 2-pack then ;)

All that and a fear that my **** will be all bent up and creased because TRuS does NOT ship items very securely. ;)

Plus, I can't find the frikkin' plasma caster for my Tracker... and I had to Dremel the tusks because they broke off when he fell over. !!!

Okay... they have been released from the cardboard. Everything is intact (although it wasn't very surprising that TRuS did NOT use any sort of bubble wrap or shipping wrap to make sure the figures did not "bounce" around in the shipping box) and the clamshells are as N/M as they can possibly be... phew!

I will be opening the one that looks to be the least damaged of the two.

Plus I owe it all to you JehdinThwei. If not for you, I probably would have missed out on these bad boys. Thanks again man.

...and now I am doubly pissed off because the ******* arm just busted off of my Tracker while in the process of trying to get it unstuck.

No prob on providing the TRU link. It was easy enough to do
