It's a shame it doesn't come with an accurate leather sheath instead of that polyester nylon one. I'm trying to get one of those special edition Pred knives that was boxed but so far no dice.

I always considered that to be more of a machete.

Faken, I would imagine that sheath would be pretty easy for any leather worker to recreate if they were given some good photos.

Yeah thats true, its not complete replica, or true replica because its missing that leather scabbard.
But it wouldnt be problem to make one from leather, of course we would better like to get whole thing together

It is a machete. Got a store near me that sells them. You could always customize them easily enough.
