Not feeling it. Easy pass.
This makes The Predator look like an Oscar winner.
I don't think I'll be venturing out to the theater for that, but I'll probably check it out when it ends up streaming.
I think it shows promise. I'm sure there are some who saw a woman and panicked then instantly wanted to hate it.
You run the risk of becoming formulaic and stale unless you do something slightly different with your franchise.
This trailer looks to be saying, you think you are the best, well now you are in someone else's territory and they are bigger and stronger than you, challenge your preconceptions about thinking you are the top dog especially when not on your own turf.
Or you could just do "Predator arrives, kills everything, except maybe one person, the end.'
