Hello all. This is a project been working on for awhile. Its a fiberglass P1 Bio I believe its of Icons origins but im not sure (If anyone has an idea of this please let me know). I picked this up awhile back from a fellow board member who had done some work on it. I have since sanded it and refinished with a Buff on Steel color and some aluminum on the greeblies which I intend to weather and make much darker. I have finished a working trilaser insert and drilled a 1/2" whole which turned out to be too small so I need to go and buy a 3/4" drill bit as 1/2" was the largest I had on hand. I have two choices for the lenses Smoked acrylyc (What was used in the original) or mirror type material. Any suggestions here? Also does anyone have a template for cutting the lenses I have been unable to find one.
