Pred bio mask

I need to make a predator bio mask and dreads but I don't know anything about plaster or clay or anything like that, I don't know how to make dreads but I don't have much money for materials so I need a cheap way to make them. I have also heard that you can make a clay sculpture and cover it in liquid latex but i don't know where to get it. I heard hobby lobby had it but it only came in like 16 ounces, is there An alternative because I can't get any materials online. I've been on this forum a billion times and I know y'all are all awesome enough to help me out! Thank

Yo you can buy some foam chalking for the dreads really good stuff find it in any department stores
