Hey guys! Given the amount of Iron Man builders myself included... I thought it would be cool if everyone would post 1 - 2 pics of their Iron Man suit. Finished or Not. Doesn't matter. I just want to see them.

Here's mine. I still have a bit to do before completing it...

:lol

ROFL, that was great!:lol

Here is my progress so far on the Mk. II. I am currently working on the boots and hands (robo's files), then on to the cod and abs maybe. Upper body is now complete (contrary to second photo) and has one coat of resin & the helmet has been rondoed. Any way, heres the pics!:)

IM is way on the back burner till I learn to pep well. SO I am cheating:

Come on peeps. I know there are more builds out there. Post your pics. I believe this thread could be rather awesome for those looking for inspiration.

Ok, here's mine:

I'm working from the inside out. This is the HUD display. Pardon the main video frame; didn't realize the camera was pointing at my disk array.

I'll post a fresh one of mine, later tonight. I'm sitting at 90% completion, but in this last little bit it's not looking too polished.

I'm going to be exploiting the "so much going on your eyes can't focus" aspect of the MkV to hide the flaws.

^ epic! :D love it :D

here is mine so far:

planning to install hinges, lights, spray paint it and then move onto the rest of the mark VI suit :) have a bicep pepped already, waiting for me to harden it ect. :)

its definitely not finished yet, bit i'd say its about 85-90 percent there. I painted it up for halloween.
The colors i used were Duplicolor Perfect Match - Sunburst Gold Met and Dark Cherry Met. The colors look fantastic in person. It was like 6 dollars a can i think at Autozone. I'm sure most auto repair places like that should have it.

Just need to do all the final sanding and touchups and add in the cheek detailing. I want to scratch build those from a piece of plastic. Should be interesting.

Oh and finish the back piece. Thats still a ways off

I do have my molding materials ready and i do plan on offering casts. I'm not sure what the biggest sized head it will comfortably fit, but if you have a big head this will not fit. I have a 22.5 inch head and was scaled for me. Let me know if you're interested :)
