No, the joker from that is a guy named Paul Mohler(not sure if i spelled his name right). He did a fantastic job. My fan film wasnt even in the same league as city of scars. I doubt anyone will ever make a fan film as good as city of scars.

That was one of my buddies that went to the club in hollywood with me. He was a baby on an old woman's back. Believe it or not... I won the costume contest there that halloween and he was the 2nd place prize! haha

Well, I don't have a costume, but for our Makeup for Motion Picture class, I attempted a Dark Knight Joker makeup scheme. I didn't have enough time to do the scars (in fact, the material to make it would have taken too long to build it up) and did it because at the time, I didn't have a partner to work on (I had hoped to get a female partner and do a Harley Quinn makeup design I found online). Anyways, I did sort of a video with a terrible Joker impression: YouTube - Smile (I apologize for the long explanation, it was just to address those who were more than likely to nitpick it).
