Halloween 2009 my nephew wanted to combine TDK Joker with Ronald McDonald. We used Rigid Collodion for the scars. You can't see in this pic, but he has yellow pinstripe pants and very large leather dress shoes dyed dark red.

my suit. shirt's wrong, small details are a bit off in some other places, and the colour of the coat is too light. but i hope you guys think it's ok

Of course my costume wasn't screen accurate in the least but I was proud of what I put together with $30 and a trip to Goodwill. However, I did dye many pieces of the clothing to alter the color. Scars were made with rigid collodion and liquid latex. And yes... there is a chick under all that

If you are using that vest, go out and get yourself some forest or dark green Rit fabric dye and let it soak in that for a while, then hang dry. Should help. Just keep repeating the process to get it the proper color you're after.
