It's almost certainly scratch built for the film since it uses military hardware from the Czech harness... but there is no Czech bag that looks anything like this. The same hook was used on Jyn Erso's vest, so the SW prop/costuming guys must have a big share box of vintage military greeblies.

Yeah, some of our facilities are in lockdown at the moment, so there are extra delays. We're hoping to be back up in running everywhere by early May. In the meantime, our home office is still processing orders, shipping in-stock items and developing new products.

KDThompson We haven't actually finished the prototype on this yet... we've been juggling so many projects, it's hard to find time to get them all done. I'll post here again when they are finally available along with a link to purchase.
