know i need to ask a question to someone who has worked with foam before.
how do you get rid of the small freys along the edges of your ground out lines?

ok, so i have the sides strapped together and the top chest on. the shoulders are just taped for now. going to work on them tonight.
i would still love to know how to get rid of the frays on the detail lines.

not sure if you figured it, out but a little sand paper will smooth it out pretty wel,l and I also like to hit it with aa heatgun

i tired 150 grit, didnt do anything. i also tried the heat fun. it shrunk them, but didnt get rid of it.

230 grit worked on me. Also you could use a dremel and sand it off, worked better than I expected.
