I went the URKO route, so good luck with URSUS. Looking good. A useful hint I found with the gauntlets was to seperate the glove from the cone/ gauntlet sleeve. Originally, I had the glove and 'cone' as one. When suiting up the glove slipped on fine, but with the build up of heat in my hands, they swelled up, so that when I took them off, I couldn't get them back on! Quite often I'd end up walking around with empty fingers as I didn't want to strain them enough to get them on. Answer: seperate the cone from the glove, put the glove on and slip the cone over the glove and onto the forearm. The leather was thick enough to keep the cone in place, giving the imprssion of it being one.
Just a thought.
