Pirates of the Caribbean - Jail keys

Probably not uber screen accurate, but they were selling these jail keys from Jack's cell scene in the store at the end of the Pirates ride at Disney World last week.
They are metal, a good size (big enough for a dog to hold in his mouth:)) and seem like a nice addition to the collection for only $12.

Ya, I got these when I was at Disney World too. They really look and feel the part...I think the one on the ride only has 2 keys though (can't remember what the one in the movie has). But other then that tiny detail these are great!

I was surprised how nice and "real" they seem. :thumbsup
If I had half a brain I would have bought some extras so folks here could have the chance to buy one at that good price. Being at Disney for a week apparently put me into conserve money mode when I was there and I never even thought about extras.:wacko

The ride has one key, the movie had 4 keys.

Funny I don't know if the Orlando one if different from the LA one (it is in other big ways) or if it was changed when they added all the movie Jack's into the ride, but the Orlando ride has more then one key now. I did see that. I went a few times, and I could not tell if it was 3 or 4, but I'm sure it was more then one, and it looked like more then 2 to me.

Either way I guess it does not matter to me, A great prop for my collection at a great price (which is the rare part these days):)

You are correct, the picture is from the Disneyland PoTC. :)

Well being a west coaster most my life that is the "real" POTC ride to me anyway:rolleyes
( not knocking Disney World or Universal Orlando but there is something to be said for the originals)
