If you have Vista, it comes with a program called Snipping Tool. It allows you to do screen grabs. It's probably not the best, but it's free.

One suggestion. The bottom left and top right - the waves are supposed look the same. You have the bottom left starting from the bottom, when it's supposed to start from the top.

Does that make any sense?
