I love that show! I'm usually good with paper props from cartoons, ill definitely make better versions of those soon, and maybe some others from the show.

I need to have this printed onto a balloon.

I would remove the flesh tone. Most sites will only print in B&W. I guess I could do it that way and then color it with markers once it is blown up.

So, where does that balloon appear in the show? Is that a Doofenshmirz invention? Or something else ?

You obviously don't have kids, or watch the show. It was Doofenshmirz child hood friend that floated away one night while he was being the family’s lawn gnome. He resurfaced years later on Mitch’s spaceship in the "Chronicles of Meep".

The show is wonderful.
