PE7 Iron Man MK42 Foam build - Wireless Motorized Helmet DONE

Hi Everyone,

Last month my brother and I finished an MK42 full suit which made its debut on their company event.
Material used were EVA foam including the motorized helmet.
We were not able to share our WIP but we are again making a new MK42 suit (maybe turned to MK43 soon) and we will share our WIP this time.

Oh by the way, my brother won 1st place on their company event :thumbsup

We found tons of things to be improved on the 1st suit so we decided to make a 2nd suit applying all the noted ideas .

And so we started on making the helmet

Yes it is made from EVA FOAM

The eye holes were cut bigger so we can still see even after installing the LED eyes.

Some details are missing... but it's ok for now I guess...

We used 2, 3, and 5mm EVA Foam

parabens friend by armor very well made! what scale you use? you can Diser me what is your point? I am also thinking about the future Faser it too!

Finally finished motorizing our foam helmet... :thumbsup

It is wireless... with RF Remote Control/Magnet activated, with "Clank" sound, and blink/fade LED eyes

Dilluted PVA glue then primer gray spray paint

Nice. Did you do multiple coats or a single coat? Did you apply it with a brush or pour it on? Any sanding?

Sorry for the late reply... it's been a long time I have not updated this thread...

Yes multiple coats.... around 5 coats using brush... letting each coat to dry first before another coat... no sanding

Just PVA and primer? How well does the paint job hold up when completed?

Yes PVA then primer paint... paint hold up quite good.
