Dallas is my FPS boyfriend and while you're good here are some small tweaks.
-Changes the tie to black
-Loosen it
-His hair is shorter on the sides. You can cheat the effect by making the top of your hair bigger/more textured
-VERY lightly dust your hair with spray in gray to tone down your natural red tones and add some age to your look.

I'm going off the Dallas from the first game, hence the red tie. I'll take the hair into consideration though.
