Is there any pattern or DIY instructions for the gasmask bag that Indiana jones wears?

I don't recall anyone ever taking one apart to get the patterns.

With some measurements it shouldn't be hard at all to make a pattern for it...
Will be harder to put the "hardware" on it... (You know... The drain holes and such...)

I did a search on cow for you but is seams while many talked about posting patterns no one ever did.
A few people made bags based on a few dimensions and lot's of photo's.

Perhaps someone here will be willing to take some measurements for you.

Just get one of these. MKVI instead of the MKVII It is close and the real deal.

I've got a replica MK VII from Todd's costumes and it's great.

Well, I was feeling a bit crafty right now so i thought i would try making one.
But It seems like buying one would be better.

Ok, i just ordered one of Todds satchels. I took one without the straps because i could could not find any info on how long the different straps are. It just says X long and Regular.
Anyway , now im going to be eager for it to arrive

Indeed! If you click on the strap's product page they say that the regular fits folks 6' and under, while the extra long is for folks taller than 6'.

Ah...ok, hmmm i guess will find a strap on a fleemarket or something instead.
