I was asked to head up this final wave of this hellish Parks order.
Dave is beside himself with grief over this and I've assured him that we here don't blame him in this...but it's in fact Jeff Parks who deserves our frustration and anger if it exists.
If you feel as I do please offer him support on this page...I'd like him to know he's welcome here.
He has many friends...
Anyway...below is a portion of what he sent me...
He's had some hardships and personal matters but
really wants to get this over with and move on.

For those needing just the Kobolds it looks like we might just get them finally...*whew*
But as you read on, those needing the whole thing or replacements
are pretty much stuck with a refund...unfortunately.

I've got to get shipping addresses verified AGAIN before having Jeff ship out the
Kobolds he has for my orders. I attempted to send him the list at least
twice - he says he didn't get it. He's also blamed "computer problems" on
lack of e-mail response in the past as well - but I don't have the time or
energy to get into it with him. I just want our issues resolved and all of
this out of my life.
I hate to ask people to re-verify their
outstanding issues, but it's going to be the fastest way for me to follow
through and be able to verify this stuff. So:
1. Refunds. I setup this form for anyone who has not received orders so I
could just issue a refund:
For Refunds
A few people have already used it. Basically, with the exception of Kobolds,
if someone hasn't gotten their USK, Obi or MPP parts, I'm not going to be
able to get them now and they will be refunded for those. I have 4 MPPs with
broken/damaged parts I'm STILL trying to get Jeff to replace - but thus far
he's been uncooperative. So I don't know if I'll ever get that resolved, but
I'm not planning on it right now
2. Missing Kobolds. For those that got EVERYTHING BUT THE KOBOLD REPLICA,
and for those that ONLY ordered Kobolds (very few) - I need those people to
remind me what they are owed and confirm their latest shipping address ASAP.
