P2 But Armor

Well tried my hand at sculpting some armor. Let me know what you think

Poured mold. 2 hours later here's what I have. What would be a good way to pour these. Slush cast with latex then foam, or solid latex. Any help would be great

I would use make it out of casting latex fill the mold with latex let it sit for about 5min then pour the excess out and let it dry then when its dry do again.When I make armour I usally do 3 or 4 coats to make it nice and thick.I like to make butt armour out of latex so it will bend around your but plus its less expensive just make sure you use casting latex good luck

First one off of the mold. Notice the hole where it attaches, I forgot to put the middle in. Adjusting mold to correct problem.

It will take a bit to make them. I am molding a set for a friend. Will let you know when I have a few sets done.

I think I will get more casting latex, and get started casting more. Let you know the price I will charge for the complete package. It includes front or cod armor, butt armor and a belt buckle. You will have to paint, and put together. I will trim each piece. $105.00 plus shipping for all.
