I had done an exhaustive search for the USB hub that was meant to be the base item for the scanner but no dice.
I have made a 3D model but without accurate dimensions I don't want to have the prop resin printed yet.

I do not have any special knowledge of this prop or the display, but I did some analysis of the image provided. The “Claire's Medscanner” text “may” be 38 Point Italic text. Based on this, and removing the distortion, the foam board it is printed on is 8 mm thick - which is a standard size for signs.
That make the card 13” x 9.5” and the “white circle” element below the sign is exactly 360 points or 5 inches in diameter.
With less confidence I measure the clipped gray rectangle which surrounds the black field – on the white device above the card – to be 190 x 285 points.
These are my best estimates but you should attempt to verify or cross-reference these calculations with other sources.

It looks like a battery charger
A USB hub is what the prop master Brian Rogers told me on Instagram, apparently from Fry's electronics shop.
I don't recall where they used this prop.
Which episode/episodes did they use the whip?
