Old Ben Robes and Tunic

I'm looking for a set of patterns to do an Old Ben robe and tunic set. I know that most people in the Rebel Legion and on Crazy Old Wizards recommend a Simplicity 4450 pattern with modifications. I'm told this pattern is still not very accurate. Does anyone have anything better in the way of patterns, or know of somewhere to get some. Most info out there for Obi-wan relate to EPII or EPIII.

I believe I have my materials down for this, but want to make sure I do a good job with the robe, outer tunic, obi and tabbards. I'll be sewing this all myself, so I'm not looking for a place or person to purchase this from.

Help?

P.S. also looking for a source for a reasonably accurate EPIV luxeon/sound capable saber.

I would like to get my hands a pattern also. I am doing a lifesize Obi-Wan. I have the bust already but need to make the robe and tunic.
