I realized I have not posted any of my models in quite a long time. Out of the twelve sabers I have made, this is by far my favorite.

I started this model a while back. Around the same time I was building a new 3D printer (Voron 2.1). I finally got the chance to print this and it came out great.I started sanding it and I will paint it soon. I also printed another one on my resin printer I got a few weeks back. I currently do not have pictures of the resin one. Ill post those later.

Out of interest how heavy are printed 'stunt's' like this. (I'm assuming you can only vouch for your own.) I've seen a few on fleabay & they're not expensive so I'm tempted to get one & see how it motorises.

They are pretty light weight. I definitely would not recommend putting a blade in them to duel with. They are only ABS plastic parts that are pressed into each other. My designs are made to paint and put on a shelf.

I’m not sure about other people’s designs though.

I'm not thinking of dueling just spinning a blade. The press fit could be the tricky part for me though but something to think about. Thanks for the info.
