So, I've been recently playing with some aluminum tubing in the garage. These have all had electronics added and Ultrasabers grab bag blades and they've all gone out to their new owners (friends asking for commissioned pieces for their cosplays), but I thought I'd share em here! Please bear in mind that these were made without a lathe or a mill and that hand working 6061 aluminum is not exactly precision work...
