Noob at cosplay: single dad trying to make Mandalorian armor

I haven't gotten on this site for a while, but my son is 9 and really wants to be a Mandalorian for Halloween this year. I thought I might be able to make one set for him and one for me to be similar so we can rock it out during trick or treat. Is there anyone that can point me in the direction of an EVA foam template similar or identical to the "Mandalorian" from the show? I'm looking to win "father of the year" here.

LOL! I saw the above (Foam Mandalorian Helmets! - Punished Props Academy) Last week and I see some one beat me to it.
