Nike Air MAG Booklet/Pamphlet

Does anyone have a scan of the instructional pamphlet that came with the Nike Air MAGS? It would be greatly appreciated.

If anyone can deliver I don't mind sharing the site I have gotten my Nike Air MAGS from since I've already received them.

Kind regards
Jason

I am sure one of the guys that bought the real deal shoes can scan and post the images for you. I am pretty sure they were posted already in the MAG Knockoff thread. If they were, it seems I didn't save them though.

No one, to my knowledge, has scanned it in yet. It's been on my project list for a while to use the best pictures we have of it to put together my own.

The only thing I haven't seen good reference images for are the words in the fine print on the lower left. The rest wouldn't actually be that hard to piece together.

These look like the same photos I've seen before and I found these on a BLOG.

I have the lower left writing if that would help?

With the holidays and work, it might take me a little longer than normal, but I'll bump this up on my list of projects now that I have that text. Now the hardest part is going to be scaling it based on the folded dimensions of the pamphlet versus the known size of the box.

Other people are welcome to take a stab at this too since any attempt I make won't be done until the new year.

I had some extra time today, so I did the easiest part of all of this: set the image panels.

The background image/texture is going to be the trickiest to do and will take a HUGE amount of time to figure out how to do, but figured I could at least show off a bit of progress.

Take a look:

And here's a shot at 100% magnification so you can see how big this actually is:

I've corrected all of the individual panels for orientation, perspective, and distortion of the paper, then white balanced them, re-set them on a new background, then did some noise reduction to keep things as clean as possible.

There are still a few color corrections to make, I still have to set the text and the background image, and I'm considering redrawing the handwritten text to make it as high quality as possible, but at least it's a step closer to completion.

That looks amazing buddy, that's awesome how well that has turned out :thumbsup

Kind regards Jason

I thought this would have taken me longer, but my afternoon cleared up and I decided to see how far I could go. I'd say I've gotten the pamphlet 91% complete. I really did not expect to be able to get to this point so quickly.

Here's a sample of where it stands... (Don't mind the blue lines those are my guides to keep everything symmetrical. They're also where the folds will go)

Thoughts?

That is excellent dude, I was going to take a stab at it but its perfect.

Great job!

Thanks. I'll try to wrap it up tonight and throw it into the paper props section later tonight or tomorrow morning.

I just need to fix a few minor issues that arose when constructing the background image.

I know this is an old thread but does anyone know the dimensions of this pamphlet? Also, does the cd have any kind of writing or graphics on the label side?

The file I made and posted in the other thread is scaled to what I believe is the accurate dimensions already of 28.75x16"

I used the CD in images of the pamphlet to scale, since a CD has known dimensions.

Just print the file out at full size and you should be good to go.

Awesome, thanks for the info. I was thinking about using the cd method as well to get an idea of the dimensions if no one knew lol. Any idea what's printed on the label side of the cd?

The label is black with some light pink and blue glowing elements that are barely visible. It wouldn't be a hard thing to replicate with a nice feathered selection in Photoshop and adjusting the color.

Here are the only three shots in my collection where you can actually make out what's on the CD label.

Hope that helps.
