Newbie and ST:1-3 Transporter please help me Identify panels.

Newbie here! Please help me identify these panels. I'd like to build a replica pad for the corner of my house. Like the office transporter Kirk beamed into prior to boarding the Enterprise. The lights for TMP was a general wash. In TWOK the panels were flipped and a mirror ball behind. The back wall is also seen in the engineering room. The yellowed piece of plastic is apparently the real deal. A broken Cracked pad from TMP. I found it on the net on yourprops or something like that. Good reference if the real deal.
